About Me
I steer digital projects where mistakes are expensive: banking, energy, industry. A developer turned project manager, I bridge what the business wants and what the technology allows, and I train teams to carry on without me.
My path
I started out writing code. It was while working on projects that kept derailing (vague specs, shifting priorities, teams moving without direction) that I switched to project management. Not out of a love for meetings, but because that is where the problems preventing a team from shipping actually get solved.
Since then I have steered projects in environments where mistakes are expensive: banking with its regulatory constraints, energy with its sensitive facilities, blockchain with its decentralised systems. Very different contexts, but one common thread, turning a business need into something that genuinely works.
Alongside that, I have been training students and professionals since 2020, and I sit on diploma juries. Teaching forces you to clarify your thinking: nothing helped me more to make my own methods transferable. Today I bring generative AI into my daily steering work, and I keep building my own products to stay hands-on.

How I work

Start from the problem
A request almost always arrives disguised as a solution. My first move is to trace it back to the real need, that is where you avoid building the wrong thing.

Decide, don't just document
A backlog where everything is a priority prioritises nothing. I own the trade-offs and explain them, rather than pushing the decision down the road.

Speak to both worlds
As a former developer I understand technical constraints; on the business side I know what actually matters. A good part of the job is translating between the two.

Hand over, don't create dependency
A successful engagement is a team that carries on without me. I document, I train, and I leave behind methods that hold once I'm gone.
