A project almost never derails all at once. It slips: an unidentified dependency, a partner falling behind, a decision pushed from one committee to the next. When nobody holds the trajectory day to day, the gap surfaces too late, when it costs the most to close. My job is to make that gap visible early, and to deal with it.
How I work
Framing
Scope, budget, milestones and risks written down, with the stakeholders who will have to own them. A badly framed project is not recovered mid-flight.
Day-to-day steering
Coordinating internal teams and contractors, budget tracking, clearing dependencies. This is the invisible work that makes a date hold.
Useful governance
Running steering committees that produce written decisions, not tours de table. Each committee ends on trade-offs made, or owned as deferred.
Rollout and RUN
Acceptance testing, cutover, post-release supervision. A project is not done when it ships, it is done when it runs without incident.

What is the difference between a project manager and a Product Owner?+
The project manager answers for budget, schedule and scope: they steer delivery. The Product Owner answers for the value produced: they decide what enters the backlog and in what order. I hold both roles depending on the assignment, sometimes both at once.
Do you work on a time-and-materials or fixed-price basis?+
Both. Time and materials for lasting reinforcement inside your teams, fixed price when the scope is framed and you expect a specific deliverable.
