Privacy Policy

Introduction

Your privacy is important to me. This privacy policy explains how I collect, use, and protect your personal information when you visit my website.

Data Controller

The controller for the processing described below is Adrien Bouthet, IT Project Manager and Product Owner, Bordeaux, France. Any request relating to your data can be sent to contact@adrienbouthet.fr.

Data Collection

This site collects minimal data necessary for its operation. No cookies are used for advertising purposes.

The contact form collects your name, your email address, the type of need selected, the timeframe (optional) and the content of your message.

Use of Data

The collected information is used solely to improve the website and respond to your contact requests. Your data is never sold or shared with third parties for commercial purposes.

Purposes and Legal Bases

Each processing operation carried out through this site has a defined purpose and legal basis:

  • Answering contact requests

Handling messages sent through the contact form. Legal basis: steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).

  • Booking an introductory call

Scheduling an appointment when you use the booking link. Legal basis: steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).

  • Managing training registrations and follow-up

Registering participants, attendance sheets, assessment of learning and certificates of completion. Legal basis: performance of the training contract entered into with the commissioning company, and the legal record-keeping obligations of the training provider (Article 6(1)(b) and (c) GDPR).

  • Site security and abuse prevention

Limiting the number of submissions per IP address on the contact form. Legal basis: legitimate interest in keeping the site available (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Retention Periods

  • Contact messages: three years from the last exchange, then deletion.
  • Training documents (agreement, attendance sheets, assessments, certificates): for the duration of the contract, then archived for the applicable statutory period, i.e. ten years for accounting records (Article L123-22 of the French Commercial Code).
  • Booking data: kept in the Cal.com account according to its own settings.
  • IP address used for anti-abuse rate limiting: processed in memory over a rolling fifteen-minute window, never stored in the database.

Recipients and Processors

Your data is processed by me and, where strictly necessary, by the following service providers acting on my instructions:

  • OVH

Hosting of the website and of the PostgreSQL database. France.

  • OVHcloud (email)

SMTP server delivering the email that notifies me of a new contact message. France. No third-party emailing provider is involved.

  • Cal.com

Appointment booking, if you use the booking link.

  • The commissioning company

For a training session, the company that commissions it receives the attendance sheet and the results of the assessment of learning. This is the performance of the contract entered into with it, not a commercial use.

Transfers Outside the European Union

Some of the providers listed above may process data outside the European Union. Such transfers rely on the safeguards provided for in Chapter V of the GDPR (adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses, depending on the provider).

Data Protection

I implement appropriate security measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, modification, disclosure, or destruction.

Your Rights

In accordance with GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, delete, and port your personal data. You can also obtain the restriction of, or object to, the processing of your data, and withdraw your consent at any time where processing is based on it, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before that withdrawal.
